The rules that govern your use of Unblock and unblockwp.com.

1. Overview #

Unblock is a product of Themeone (see our Legal Notice for company details). Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase or using the Service. By accessing or using the website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Definitions #

“Service” refers to the unblockwp.com website, the Unblock plugin, and any related services provided by Themeone. “Customer” refers to any individual or entity that purchases a license or uses the Service. “Plugin” refers to the Unblock WordPress plugin distributed by Themeone. “License” refers to the right to use the Plugin under the terms of the purchased package. “Subscription” refers to a recurring annual license that renews automatically until cancelled by the Customer.

3. Online store terms #

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction, or have the consent of a legal guardian if you are a minor. You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose, violate any laws or regulations, infringe on intellectual property rights, or transmit malicious code. A breach of any of these terms will result in immediate termination of your access to the Service.

4. Acceptable use #

You agree not to use the Plugin or Service to build websites that promote illegal activities, distribute malware, or infringe on the rights of others. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Plugin beyond what is permitted by the GPL license. You may not use the Plugin to operate a competing service or redistribute it outside the terms of the GPL.

5. General conditions #

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission.

6. Errors, inaccuracies, and omissions #

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including pricing errors, product descriptions, and availability, without prior notice. This right applies even after an order has been placed. We are not obligated to update information on the Service except where required by law.

7. Changes to terms of service #

We may update these terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. The Service and prices #

Prices are displayed in USD and may include VAT depending on your country and business status. Pricing is subject to change without notice. The price at the time of purchase is the price that applies to your order. Only one promotional code may be used per order. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice or liability.

9. Subscriptions and renewal #

Annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You will be charged the current renewal price unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account area. Cancellation takes effect immediately — your license remains active until the end of the current billing period, but no further charges will apply.

We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days notice before your next renewal. If you do not agree with the new price, you may cancel before the renewal date. Lifetime licenses are one-time purchases and are not subject to renewal.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, content, or services that are not owned or controlled by Themeone. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party site or service. Any complaints regarding third-party content should be directed to the third party.

11. Product warranty #

The plugin is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We guarantee functionality only on clean WordPress installations that meet the minimum version requirements specified in the plugin documentation.

Compatibility with third-party plugins, themes, or browsers is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from the installation or use of the plugin. Support for third-party conflicts is provided at our discretion.

12. Disclaimer #

The Service and Plugin are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Themeone makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service, the accuracy of information provided, or the results obtained from using the Plugin. You use the Service at your own risk.

13. Limitation of liability #

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Themeone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service or Plugin.

In any event, the total liability of Themeone shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the license in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

14. Product security #

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the security of the plugin, but we cannot guarantee that it is free of vulnerabilities. You are responsible for keeping your WordPress installation, plugins, and themes up to date. We strongly recommend regular backups and following security best practices. We are not liable for security breaches or exploits caused by third-party software.

15. AI-powered features #

Unblock includes an optional AI assistant that helps you build pages, generate content, and write code. These features rely on third-party AI services through the WordPress AI API. The provider used depends on your WordPress configuration. When you use the AI assistant, the content of your prompt and relevant page context may be sent to your configured provider for processing.

AI-generated output is provided as a starting point. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing any content produced by the AI assistant. Themeone does not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, original, or free from intellectual property claims.

We do not store your AI prompts or responses on our servers. Please refer to the privacy policies of the respective AI providers for details on how they handle your data. AI features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

16. Product support #

Support is available to license holders with an active license. Lifetime license holders receive support for the duration of the product. Support availability depends on active development of the plugin. We provide best-effort support without guarantees of resolution. Please open a separate ticket for each topic to help us respond more efficiently.

Support does not include customization beyond what is available through the plugin options. We do not provide custom code, snippets, or assistance with third-party customizations. Support for third-party plugin conflicts is provided at our discretion.

Standard support hours are 9am to 5pm Central European Time (CET), Monday through Friday. We do not respond on weekends, public holidays, or during sick leave. The ticket system is the only support channel.

17. Product updates #

License holders receive automatic updates for the duration of their license. Updates may temporarily fail during maintenance or technical issues.

18. Product delivery #

After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. A valid email address is required to log in and access the plugin. Your license key is available in your account area, where you can download the plugin.

If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us through the contact form. Download access remains available as long as your license key is valid.

19. License usage #

Each purchase grants one or more non-transferable licenses for your own use, as defined by the license package. A license may be used on the number of sites specified by the package (up to 1,000 sites for the lifetime license). Licenses cannot be sold, redistributed, or sublicensed for commercial benefit.

Support is only available to the original license holder. Using someone else’s license key to access support constitutes fraud.

20. Refund policy #

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund by submitting a support ticket within 14 days of the original purchase date. To qualify for a refund, you must deactivate your license and delete the plugin from all sites.

Refunds do not apply to license upgrades, downgrades, or unused promotional codes. All refund requests are reviewed at our discretion. We are not liable for differences in exchange rates between the time of purchase and the time of refund.

21. Intellectual property #

The Unblock plugin is the property of Themeone. The plugin is licensed under the GNU General Public License version 3.0 or later.

All other content on unblockwp.com, including text, images, and design, remains the property of Themeone. Reproduction without authorization is strictly prohibited.

22. Trademark #

Unblock is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the WordPress Foundation or Automattic. It is an independent plugin compatible with WordPress. WordPress is a registered trademark of the WordPress Foundation.

23. Indemnification #

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Themeone from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or your violation of any law, including reasonable attorney fees.

24. Force majeure #

Themeone shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these terms if such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, government actions, network or infrastructure failures, or pandemics.

25. Severability #

If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, it shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. The invalidity of one provision does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

26. Termination #

Obligations incurred prior to termination survive. Either party may terminate the agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service. We may terminate your access without notice if you fail to comply with these terms. You remain liable for all obligations through the date of termination.

27. Entire agreement #

The failure to exercise any right under these terms does not constitute a waiver. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Themeone and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written.

28. Governing law #

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with French law, excluding the provisions of the Vienna Convention. In case of dispute, you agree to contact Themeone first to seek an amicable resolution.

29. Mediation #

As a consumer, you may access conventional mediation through a consumer mediation commission or a sectorial mediation body. The list of accredited mediators is available at economie.gouv.fr/mediation-conso.

30. Personal information #

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
